How an introduction works

One provider. Your approval. Their contract.

  1. You send the request below. Mention your report reference and the findings you want fixed. Assessment answers are never passed from Onduu automatically.
  2. We propose one provider and tell you why. The provider is selected using Ujiajiri's stated suitability criteria and the information available at the time.
  3. You approve, decline or ask for another. Only after your approval do we send the agreed details. The provider then quotes, contracts, invoices and delivers, and you pay them directly.

No information may be silently forwarded, at any step.

We will not share your identifiable information with a provider until we tell you who the proposed provider is and receive your permission. An introduction is not guaranteed.

We will tell you who the proposed provider is and ask your permission before sharing your information. You may decline, or ask for a different provider, at no cost. An introduction is not guaranteed and no response time is promised. A receipt has been sent to your email.

Ujiajiri may receive a referral fee from the proposed provider if you contract and pay for qualifying work. The provider remains responsible for its quotation, contract, price and delivery. Ask the provider to explain whether the referral arrangement affects its quoted price.

International enquiries are welcome. Introductions depend on project fit, applicable jurisdiction and the availability of a suitable approved provider.
