Selection criteria
How we select providers.
Ujiajiri maintains a private network of independent providers and proposes one provider per suitable enquiry. The network is not published. Every proposal is selected using Ujiajiri's stated suitability criteria and the information available at the time.
What we consider
Ten suitability criteria.
- Service capability.
- Relevant portfolio or practical evidence.
- Project-size and customer fit.
- Technology experience.
- Location and remote-delivery ability.
- Availability and capacity.
- Security, privacy, credential and handover practices.
- Previous feedback and unresolved complaints.
- Conflicts and commercial relationships.
- Third-party product dependencies.
What a proposal means
Suitability, not superlatives.
A proposed provider is not "the best", not "fully vetted" and not "certified" — it is selected using Ujiajiri's stated suitability criteria and the information available at the time. You always see who the provider is and why they were selected before anything is shared, and Ujiajiri does not guarantee availability, suitability, price, delivery or results.
